I'm a new customer and ordered a double play package (Fios and TV) using a refer a friend code.  The promo says that I will get a $75 gift card as well as the referrer after 60 days.  How can I confirm if the referral code was applied to my order?  It's not mentioned in my order confirmation email nor the My Verizon website.  I've tried numerous phone calls and been on hold for almost 2 hours getting transferred to different departments and not having any luck.  Phone calls to customer service is no help and neither is the chat support.  I need help please.
