Release Verizon router lease

I have attempted to log into http://192.168.1.1 multiple times, but cannot get past admin password.  I have tried password, admin as well as passwords on router label with no success.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The Actiontec Rev I (red band with 2 antennas) and the FiOS Quantum Gateway ( G1100) have their own password on the sticker. 

The older Actiontecs are either password, password1, of the serial number for example CSJD123456789. The CSJD has to be caps. If none of them work then hard reset the router and it will be password again.
