Reopen Fios Internet/TV/Phone outage Case Until the problem is completely resolved

Your customer service hold times are intolerable (always between 1 and 4 hours). Wait times for repairs are days. You've now closed my ticket without completing the repair work. Please reopen ticket until you finish the job.
When are you going to complete the repair work?
