I have two reuters and am having issues with both.
For some reason my main one has redefaulted to original settings...Name and Password.
And the second reuter does is not transmitting a wifi network.
And what is the actual number to speak to someone at verizon on the phone. Seems they do a good job of hiding that.
that is the number to call.
Tell them of the issues your having. When speaking to support give them more information than what you gave here. Name of the routers, when it started happening, your provisioned speed, your type of connection etc.
this way you might get the issues fixed. And the number to contact support is on their website, on their routers, on the bill you get each month.
