Repair promised and then wait then rescheduled

We haven't had any service (TV,Internet or Phone) since Dec. 31. We called immediately for repair and were told we'd have to wait 4 days for service. Come Sunday morning I get a text stating repair service is scheduled and coming to then receiving a robotic call saying no service today and have to reschedule. We pay a lot for FIOS and don't feel Verizon appreciate keeping us as a satisfied customer. Even though "Chris" the customer repair service person I spoke with understood my frustration, he couldn't get dispatch to have someone come as promised.
Now we have to take more time out of our work day to sit around waiting (hopefully coming) for repairs on Monday.
