Replacing a PC

Is there anything special I need to do/ bew aware of  to replace the computer I use for my FIOS internet access

nope, nothing at all.  You can take the PC out of the box and connect it into the Verizon Router either wired or wireless (assuming it has a wireless card already installed) and connect and surf the internet.

 

No software required to connect.
