Returning Router

I've had resolving host 3 or 4 times in the last 3 weeks. My light on the router turns Amber and stays on.. I've rebooted everything numerous times, reset router to factory settings. Each time I had to call tech support and they fixed it.. Finally they said it was probably my router and sent me a replacement. My question is do I send the old one back? It didn't say anything about that when I received the replacement... Another thing can a bad router cause a resolving host issue ? They didn't send a return label ...Thank you.

Resolving host issue could be the router.

But if the light is going amber, that means there is an issue with Internet.

Have you had any more issues?

As for returning router, I would say if they didn't provide a return label, you don't have to.

But I would wait a month or so and check your bill.

If billed for it, then contact billing and/or about how to return.
