I recieved an email for referring a friend that I have a gift card to claim. Go to the https://rewards.verizon.com/home/ site will not allow me to login to claim the reward since the captcha service is out of date. Any ideas on how to claim my reward?

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please check your Private Message Inbox for a message from Verizon_Support. You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents, who will be assisting you privately.

1.       My Fios app

  • Select "My Rewards+
  • Then choose how you want to redeem your points

2.       Online, login to www.verizon.com/myrewardsredeem


3.       Redeem points on Fios TV for a Video on Demand
