Recently i upgraded my plan and got gigabit internet. I order to get upgreded new internet speed technician home visit was required . Verizon charged me $150 for that.
Technician came and connected verizon box and router using ethernet cable 6 ft long. I took him 5 min to do that. I could easly do it ,all they had to do just tell need to be done . Is this normal ? Or just simple ripp off? This what they do to loyal customers .
I wish people would stop using the term loyal customer. We are just customers paying for a service from a company that provides that service.
if you wanted to upgrade however Verizon should have told you their was a cost.
and I am sure you are not the only customer that has to pay.
