Today is Thursday December 28, 2018. Verizon FIOS in New Jersey is now blocking the PNC online website. I can't get any help. Problem on all devices from this location. Tried emptying cache, tried 2 different browsers, tried rebooting. Waited on hold 3 times for over 30 minutes each and also did online chat. All were disconnected.
ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM???
PNC Bank is not blocked as far as I can see.
I would first try via a cell phone and see if you can access the bank site.
i would say also try unplugging your router and let it boot back up. Or simply access your settings and refresh your dhcp on the router.
