Does anyone have setup either through the Verizon router or a peripheral device a bandwidth log with web page history by ARP?

I am pretty sure if you set up opendns on the router, then it will log in that fashion.
If you go to system monitoring and advanced and Traffic Monitoring it will do it by ip address, but not arp or mac.
same area but using Full Status/System wide Monitoring of Connections, will probably give you what you are looking for.

The router does not provide a usage history by IP or MAC address.
You can get WAN Tx and Rx rates for the lates 1-8 minutes and 1-8 hours by:
- Click on the System monitoring icon at the top
- Select Advanced Status from the left menu
- Click on Bandwidth Monitoring
BTW, ARP is not an address. It is a protocol used for resolving addresses.
