I find it unbelievable and disgusting with all the money I pay that Verizon FiOS cannot over night a replacement router. I need the Internet to make a living and here I sit waiting for a router that will show up who knows when. Shame on you Verizon! Terrible customer service and support.

Most of my stuff has shown up the next day. But it is probably UPS that does not deliver to residential customers on weekends.

they have thousands of technicians....maybe one should be sent out to see if that is actually the problem insted of wasting more time

Switch your WAN connection from coax to cat5 and you can run any spare router you have sitting around.

You won't get VOD or guide data until you get the replacement Actiontec, but you can probably live without those.
