Rude FIOS Residential Customer Suuport

I tried calling FIOS tech support while at work about resetting a psssword.  I had to hang up in a few minutes.  I called back and she rudely said "Its you again, you only were on hold five minutes",  I stayed on the line 12 minutes on hold before having to go back to work.  The support at home to reset the password was better, the man gave me a timeframe and the lady helping me was nice.  Next time I have a problem, I will wait till I get home.  But the woman I talked to thsi morning owes me an apolgy.
