Rude "agent" called me about Netflix issues

How do I file a formal complaint against an agent by the name of Joyce that called me via number 215-351-***4? The lady that spoke to me was very rude, refused to allow me to speak, and would not answer any of my questions. This is in regards to a BBB complaint I filed at the beginning of the month in regards to Verizon, Cogent, and Netflix.

I have made the forum administrator aware of this and she is escalating internally for you.

If a forum member gives an answer you like, give them the Kudos they deserve. If a member gives you the answer to your question, mark the answer that solved your issue as the accepted solution.
