SAME ISSUE HERE in PA.
been on the phone & chat with verizon support 3 times now. they have been responsive and say thay are working on it, but it's still a problem.
traceroute always stalls on teliasonera-gw.customer.alter.net and also csc180.gsc.webair.net.
been happening on and off for months now!
