what firmware are you running on your TV?
If you're confident you are using the right ESSID and WPA2 or WEP key then there might be something fishy with the firmware.
Also can you review your network connection status, and does it show you your ip address, subnet mask, etc....?
The question might be better for samsung though.
If you have a Twitter account, go here or to this URL:
Having a transaction number, model number and serial number handy ahead of time will be helpful.
If you have Facebook, go here to this URL:
Click on the "Support Form" button on the left hand side, and here's where the SUPPORT FORM button is located.

Another option you might choose is to connect your TV via Ethernet instead of WiFi (assuming your Samsung has that option.) I have a Sony TV and have found a wired connected is much more reliable than WiFi.
If you want to give a wired connection a try you can do so with an Actiontec ECB2500C coax adapater:
You would also need a one-to-two coax splitter. The coax feeding the TV now is split so one connection goes to the TV and one to the input of the MoCA adapter.
You then get a solid wired connection to the Internet at the Ethernet output port of the ECB2500. Run a Cat 5/6 patch cord from that port to the Ethernet port on your TV (again, assuming it has one) and that may solve your problem, having eliminated the vagaries of WiFi.
