I'm trying to download and install the Internet Security Suite, for which I'm paying monthly, on a new computer in my home network. It's an iMac. Each time I select "Launch Service" and then select "Access Now," it just brings me right back to Verizon Central. Any idea how to fix this situation?

1) Log out from the verizon website. (Don't just exit out of safari/firefox)
2)Open safari.
3)Clear cookies.
4)The security settings for the web browser should be default.
5)Close safari
6)Open safari. Log in to verizon.net again and follow the steps again. It should open a new window where it would ask to login again.

Thank you very much. That did the trick. I was re-directed finally to the download page and was able to successfully install the suite.
