Our tv and internet have been out since this morning. We called customer service and they tried to troubleshoot but nothing worked. They inform us they don’t know why our services are out and they cannot send anyone until the next day between 1:00PM and 3:00PM.
The chat on My Fios says there’s an outage in our area and that it would be fixed by 5:45PM today. It is now 1:19AM. Nothing is fixed and no updates. We cannot get anyone on the phone. Left on hold for hours. We cannot get an actual person on the chat. What else can we do?
A verizon technician was working on the telephone poles that morning (before our services were disrupted) and left the box open and the wires exposed. We told the phone rep and a chat person that. Still no one has come by to address the issue.
