I have been completely happy with Comcast servicing needs and, before I commit ot changing to FIOS, I would like to hear assurances that FIOS service is as good or better - is it easy to set up a service call and is Verizon good about coming to the house when needed for problems? Are they punctual with their stated arrival times?
To be honest with you 9 out of 10 times customer service (phone support) sucks. I have had no issues with truck rolls to my house, but I know others have. But with that said, the Fios TV, and internet is so good, its easy to look past the support. Once everything is setup there really is not need for them, and if you need help with something come to the forums first. Most the time someone can help you, or there are a few Verizon staff members here that do a great job.
