Setting up a sub account email

I can't get this done. The link for it keeps coming up "page not found". How can the link not be found when its verizons link?

#1 Go to http://start.verizon.net/

#2 Click on "My Account"

#3 Click on "Add Sub-Account / Email"

Does that work?

To accomplish creating a subaccount the user must be in the administrative account for his\her Verizon account.  -meaning NOT in a subaccount.
