For the last day or so my speeds have plummeted to 15/10 mb i have reseted the router, dhcp release, reseted the ont to no avail. I would always get a blazing fast 35+ mb up and down and this is really annoying since i'm not getting what iam paying for.

Ok guys i got it fixed i'm back up to 41/38 mbs what i did to fix it was i had to factory reset my router... this goes to all you people with similar probs. Changing ips, resetting ont,etc did not help and reseting router to factory default worked.

How do I "factory reset" my router? We just upgraded to 35/35 last week but are having the same problems with the decrease in download speed that used to be lightening quick when we had 10/2.

Factory Resetting is easily done by pressing the Reset button on the back of the router down for about 15 seconds. That should reboot the router into a clean state.
