Slow connections - tracert problems - timed out

From my Roku box, I get slow speeds on services like Vudu, Amazon, Huu, etc. I contacte Hulu support, they had me run some tracert commands from my PC and found the the problem is with Verizon. Verizon has told me that there are no problems, but I have absolutely no confidence that the Verizon customer support analyst had any idea what I was talking about. Before I switch to Comcast, can anyone help. this is the problem that I see with tracert to several Hulu URLS and to Google:
