Slow/pages not loading in Westbury NY

Having some issues that started on Saturday morning. Web pages not loading or loading very slow. I called tech support and they had me reboot my router several times to no avail, and then after waiting for more tests and to hear back from other folks (I was on hold alot) they told me there was an outage in my area and that I would be "added to the ticket" and that it should be resolved within 72 hours.

Later Saturday it did start working again, but the problems are back tonight. Very slow speeds and pages slow/not loading. Happening on all my computers, my desktop which is wired to the router as well as the Notebook via wifi.

Run a test to speedtest.verizon.net via a wired connection.

That tests your connectio to Verizon network. If you get your subscribed rate, the issues you are seeing are congestion related. May be in or outside of Verizon network.

If you don't, you can use those results with Verizon support to show they have an issue with your connection.
