I would like to know how a speed of 15/5 gets bumped from 79 to 99 and a speed of 25/10 is no longer offered.
How does a jump go from 15/5 to 75/50, this is exorbitant! how does 25/10 not get offered anymore? 15 -> 75 is the biggest jump I have ever seen and useless, its sad how we are conned into paying outrageous amounts for speeds we will never need.

We went from 15/5 to 25/25 for the same price. Call them back.

While 50/25 is still offered, at least in my market it is only marginally less expensive than 75/35 ($5 per month less in a bundle with TV). The problem is that there is a very hefty price increase for either upgrade.
