Had 50/50, ran about 55/55 in reality, upgraded to 75/75 runs about 85/85 in reality, very nice, upgraded to 100/100 runs about 90/90 in reality, not so nice(but still good)
100/100 upgrade required new ONT Motorola 14842 and new router, maybe that is why?
Thoughts?
Thanks

Call 1-800-VERIZON tell support you want your ONT and Router reset and to make sure you are provisioned properly.
many times the slowness can be from other points outside Verizon Fios control.

Are you talking via a wired or wireless connection?
And are you running test to speedtest.verizon.net?
