Speed test results from Speakeasy inaccurate for upload test?

I recently upgraded from 20/5 to 25/25.   Visualware and Verizon speed test sites show me at 25.89-26.4 Mbps for upload speeds. however, Speakeasy's upload test shows me at around 10.  Each test varies greatly on Speakeasy's site for uploads.   Is this a common problem for their upload test?  I guess I will stick with Visualwares speed test, and verizons.   Speedtest.net also shows me aroung 21-22Mbps.

Seems like Speakeasy's site can't handle the fast upload speeds?

If you find a fast http://www.speedtest.net server with low latency (<10ms) you should be able to see most of your upload.

For NY area you can use http://ndt.iupui.lga01.measurement-lab.org:7123/ which gives very accurate results.

And as you already mentioned visualware - which is more latency neutral....
