Streaming Videos

Does Verizon play games with its customers? I was streaming videos last evening and early this evening to learn a couple of new songs with no problem. I got a solicitation to upgrade my speed from Verizon and declined. Within 10 minutes my speed went right in the toilet - I can't stream anything.......

I came from Comcast and I have to say I think I made a big mistake and now I'm locked in......

I am having the exact same problem every night...My speed is fine my pings are 67MS and I cannot stream any utubes at all...I will cancel soon if this keeps up....

I have the same problem. Frankly, this is unacceptable. We are not getting "Untouchable Speed" with "Proven Reliability".

I can not even watch 240p videos on YouTube! Talk about false advertising.
