Hi : I have the same problem mentioned with the link by Contributor: narshank. I also tried to review and follow the steps given by Joe D - Verizon Telecom, fiber Solution center but could not help.
Can Verizon help me shed some lights on this issue? Else provide the contributor's email such a way I will mail him/her for solution step to be followed? If verizon does not provide other's contact details, can verizon mail the contributor and get me the solution steps?
