Switch router to coax

Quantum router installed in basement with ethernet from ONT. How do I switch to coax so I can move router to another room? I called tech support during the strike and got second rate service that did not understand.

You will need Verizon support.  Try contacting them again.  Consider online chat. phone, or even twitter.

However its not something you want to do if you have Internet speed of 100 or higher.  Which are the normal reason they would have connected you with Ethernet rather than Coax.

If you have 100Mbps or more Verizon won't provision your service to Coax. Have someone come out to pull some wire if you're not comfortable doing it.
