I want to Thank TonyaD_Vz for responding so quickly to me & Heidi for making everything happen and for making me believe and feel that I made the right choice to leaving my old provider and give Verizon a try and they were so right, so far this has been the BEST experience, the customer service that Heidi provided me was absolutely OUTSTANDING, thank you, thank you, thank you.  I am proud to be part of the Verizon family and I am trying to get any and everyone I know to join too!!
