All morning we have been unable to access the FiOS speed test site. It states THE CONFIGURATION LOAD CAN NOT BE ESTABLISHED.
It states to email Verizon so I wondered if anyone is having issues here in Eastern PA and Eastern USA.

I was on the Verizon Support site with a TECH, a living breathing TECH. He was GREAT, he had me set my Browser to its default settings and reinstall Adobe Flash Player and everything works GREAT now on the Speed Test.
I GAVE HIM ALL EXCELLENTS ON THE SURVIVE FORM, he earned them.
