Hi, I recently got fios internet installed on July 7. For that I was charged $90. Subsequent to that my modem fell off the mount installed by the initial technician and it ripped part of the fiber optic cable out of wall, denying me internet for a few days, until today when another tech came to re-splice the cable. For this 2nd visit I was charged another $50, which doesn't seem right since I was already charged $90 for essentially a failed installation, which broke, through no fault of my own.
I hope this can be resolved quickly
