Verizon installed a temporary cable to solve a cable issue with my service. They recently buried a permanent cable but have not connected it and removed the temporary cable. The temporary cable has been there for weeks and is in an exposed area with traffic. I tried calling customer support but was told the wait time is an hour. How do i get them to finish the job?
