Hours and hours and hours on the telephone lies and lies and lies being ripped off appointments made nobody showing up and nobody can help. This is how they treat a customer of Verizon for 44 years absolutely disgusting

Welcome to the forums.  You're talking to other users here.  While I can do nothing about the problems you are having, I can point out that Verizon's EVP and CEO of their consumer group has a team that helps when other support channels fail.  They might be able to help you.  You can reach them here:
