I have an actiontec wireless G router as the main router and a dual band N router as an access point. I bought a used Rev I actiontec wireless N on Ebay to add as another access point in the basement or possibly as the main router. I want to hook up the kids xbox and Wii down there. My question has two parts. I assume it would be better to put the Rev I (N router) down there as opposed to the G router but I'm not sure. The other question is the set-up any different than those I used for the first access point ?http://www.dslreports.com/faq/verizonfios/3.0_Networking#12506 Many Thanks.

No, almost the same way.
#1 Same: The second and third router must be:
a) Changed to the same LAN Subnet as the primary router and outside of the DHCP Range.
b) DHCP Server disabled
#2 Different: You do not have to reset the primary router back to the default settings. 😉
***
For example:
a) Primary at 192.168.1.1 with 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.254 as it's DHCP Range.
b) Second at 192.168.1.2 with DHCP Disabled.
c) Third at 192.168.1.3 with DHCP Disabled.
