Hi,
Yesterday evening we placed an order to upgrade our tier from 15/5 to 35/35. The activation dated that was listed was today's date (the 23rd). However, under the order history the upgrade looks to have been completed, but there has been no speed upgrade. When should we expect the activation to be completed?

Try doing a speed test at speedtest.net to see if you're getting the new speed. I'll be on that speed in a few days when they install FIOS to my home. I can't wait to get off Comcrap.

For higher speed connections such as Fiber connections, a lot of people have trusted http://myspeed.visualware.com/ . Generally, their speed testing servers tend to handle the speeds nicely and provide accurate results. Basically, anything Java-based tends to fare nicely, such as Web100/NDT tests, NPAD tests (download only), and Connection Analysers.

Not sure *when* it starts, but keep in mind that the 35/35 is close, but not etched in stone due to
several variables. (how many wifi devices on network, etc) We sometimes are closer to 40/30, but
it's a great connection even at those speeds.
