Trouble connecting with JetBlue.com

Hello,

Has anyone ever heard of this?  For some reason, the Quantum Router is blocking www.jetblue.com.  Here is the log:

Any suggestions?

try this open command promt ping www.jetblue.com if you get no reply change dns server on pc to 8.8.8.8 try ping again see if it works if yes try to open website

Sorry for the delay.  After I pinged the website, it worked fine.

Any idea what is happening?

#1 Did you have to change the DNS Servers?

#2 If you did not change the DNS Servers, did you change anything?

#3 Also while we know that you have FIOS Internet, do you also have FIOS TV?
