Trouble port forwarding port 25565

A month ago the port was working fine but as of late, I can no longer port forward port 25565. I'm not sure what the problem is but none of the other ports are working either. I don't know what the problem is. Can someone help me? Thanks.

I assume you are trying to forward from internet to a particular device on your network?

Can you post a pic of the forwarding rules in your router?

Sure thing. This is what my port forwarding rules look like. I haven't changed it since the last time I port forwarded.

I assume the device you are trying to reach has a static IP?

Yes. Most (if not all) of the devices in my household have a static IP.
