We currently have the "Family" subscription package for Games on Demand.  However, for the last few days, when we have attempted to access the games we have downloaded we get an error saying that we do not have the correct subscription package.  When I access my Games on Demand account it says we are subscribed to quick pack only.  The problem is, we are paying for the Family subscription.  How can this be changed or fixed.   We use the games very frequently and it is becoming quite a problem.
