I just downloaded the Internet Security Suite Multi-Device and can't seem to install it right now. The error that comes up is: We are unable to install your product(s) at this time. Please select the Verizon Download Manager shortcut on your desktop and try again later".
Can you help please?

I know it doesn't answer your question, but I reccomend using a different antivurs. AVG and Avast are 2 good free options, Norton is good if you want a streamlined paid option. McAfee has a generally bad reputation.

Download and try using the Verizon IHA (In-Home Agent) to download the VISS. IHA is free.

DONT DOWNLOAD IHA. Really a bad piece of code.
You should have no trouble downloading VISS seperately if you want it. The message he received is specific, and means VISS cannot activate itself usually because of problems communicating to the authorizing server.
