My TV is being turned off and the multiroom DVR is resetting itself. When it happened today another family member was watching and I was online. It dropped the internet connection as well. This is extremely aggravating as it happens periodically. Never on the same day or at the same time. But always seem to occur at the most interesting part of the program/movie. So what you really wanted to hear is now lost.
If this is some kind of update where can I go to program it to do this when I'm asleep?! I'm ready to tell you to come get it out of my house!

I wonder if the problem is with a bad coaxial link somewhere. Normally when the Set Top Boxes have issues, they don't take the Internet out with them. Log into your router at http://192.168.1.1/ using the Username of admin and the password being your router's serial number, and then visit the System Monitoring section of the router. Under the Advanced Monitoring section, you should see something stated "Advanced LAN Statistics" that shows all of the interfaces on the router, including the link speeds of the MoCa connections. If you can give this information to us, that would be great.
In addition, visit the System Logging section of your router, and copy/paste the log into a http://www.pastebin.com/ post and provide the URL of the post to us. There is no need to register at Pastebin to do this.
