Two modems needed

Is there a way to personally install two modems without having to wait on verizon??

Meaning, if I buy a modem, can I install in myself. They have not kept on single appointment and now want me to miss more work in order to get the service and they want me to wait for a full 12 hours.

browneyedbeauty - I apologize  for the inconvenience. Are you talking about the routers? If so, you can use your own router but if you have TV service w/ us in order for the guide/ VOD/ widgets to work you would need to hook up the Verizon provided router into your network so that the set top boxes can communicate w/ our network. And depending on your setup now you might have to call into tech support to have your DHCP lease broke off an exsiting router in place.
