UNABLE TO LOCATE ADDRESS

Between four customer service reps using the "chat with us" feature online and four phone calls, there is difficulty in locating my address for service. Management office confirms verizon is a provider in our section of the housing development. Three neighbors have Verizon internet. Not sure what else to tell the next customer service I speak with when I call. Any tips
