Believe me or not. Yesterday I called customer service four different times. Waited for almost 1 hour per each call. No one picked my call. When I tried to chat on-line, it was all robo messages. I also tried call back option. Nothing worked so far.
I signed up for new service. Service was not yet activated. However billing started. I guess they give dam chit to the residential customer issues.
How to speak to human being instead of automated robo messages?
