It has been months and a dozen phone calls trying to redeem my 12 month Netflix promo, under no circumstance should a consumer have to continue calling and never receive a resolution. Redeem link does not operate, I have tried numerous times with no success. I want this issue escalated and resolved, the deadline to redeem is 08/31/18.
