I am a fios extreme hd package subscriber and have been for a number of years.


I used to be able to setup hbo go without issue but about 2 months ago I lost access and when I try to register hbo go on all my samsung smart tvs i get a message telling me that im not an hbo subscriber even though i am.


I use the same login info as i do to login to my verizon where it shows that im an hbo subscriber. 


Not sure what to do to fix this.  Fios customer service has not been helpful with this issue so really looking to understand if anyone else has been able to resolve a similar issue.  Please let me know.
