Hello,
I've had a problem with unstable ping since January/February 2017. It never goes away, every few minutes I get ping spikes. The ping is not necessarily high, but the stuttering is very problematic when playing online video games.
Whatever the ping is at, it goes up by ~20 very suddendly and then drops back down, and it is definitely not how it should be.
I've contacted support before and have had my router replaced. That did nothing and I'm tired of this. Is there any help I could get?
Here are a few pings I did (First one is to verizon.com, second is to my own IP):

Have to wait for pics to show, but when you say you are pinging your own ip which ip is it?
And from where?

The first ping was made to verizon.com , while the second was made to 192.168.1.1.

That's the internet.
No guarantees on performance.
I don't know how other providers look, but that variance doesn't look bad (but I don't do online games).
Its also possible that there are several routes and ping time difference is dependant on the route taken
