Upgrading from Gen 1 router to the I424WR GigE router?

I just got a new Actiontec M1424WR Rev I from Verizon.

Reading these forums, I see multiple references to various Generations.

Can't find any reference to which Generation mine is.  Can anyone help me discover the answer??

Rev I is the latest.  It is the only M1424WR that is "n" compatible.

Not sure why you san only the I is "n" compatible.  F of course is only draft N, but what about the rev G?

You are correct.  Don't recall where I got that, but I believed it without verifying.  Which was really easy to do.
