Upload speed is almost 0, Downloads speed is fine. What's wrong??

For my upload, the dial doesn't even move.  Everything is slow.  I can't upload anything.  This has only been a problem in the past week.

 My download is fine but my upload is almost non-existant.  What is causing this?  It's like this on every computer and my iphone as well.  Anyone have this issue?  I had a tech give me a new IP address but the problem persists.  What's going on???  This the same speed on all my computers and devices.

Give them a call back and have them reboot your ONT. If that doesn't work then most likely the router needs to be replaced.
