I've been at this problem for nearly two hours now, I can not find any help on Verizon's site. Between their troubleshooter and their "optimizer" program, nothing is picking my upload speed from >1Mbps, my download is fine at 80+Mbps, but when I am trying to stream on twitch it constantly closes because my upload speed is not fast enough to handle it. It's starting to get rediculous seeing as I pay for 75 and I'm getting less than 10% of that at times. This is the best speed test I've seen all day, most of them were in the 2's http://prntscr.com/bqmoqt or lower like this one http://prntscr.com/bqmpl5 This is on a wired desktop connection, I am barely 10 feet from my modem.

Verizon only guarantees speed as access to their network.
Run a test via witted connection to speedtest.Verizon.net
If you get good performance that way, it could be interface to foreign network is the issue.
If you dont, co tqct support with results.

Have you given your ONT a reboot? Failing that, talk to Verizon support. Could be provisioning or something physical with the Fiber. Could also be a bad port on the OLT.
